THEKHLOE is a professional meeting scheduling platform operated by Sparkeey Me Limited ("we", "us", "our"), trading as THEKHLOE.
By accessing or using THEKHLOE — whether as a host or a guest — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
THEKHLOE is built around one principle: every meeting scheduled through this platform is confidential by default. Additional consent layers — Non Disclosure Agreement requirement prior to meeting and recording / AI notetaking consent — may be required by the host before a meeting can be confirmed. This is the Host's Point of View (POV) to which the Guest can provide their own POV at the time of scheduling. If accepted by the Host, this becomes the established Mutual Ground of Meeting Trust. If the Host is not agreeable to the Guest POV, they should cancel the meeting.
THEKHLOE operates a two-tier consent architecture. All guests are required to acknowledge the following before a meeting can be confirmed:
Consent Records are intended to serve as a record of agreement between the parties at the point of scheduling. By agreeing to these Terms, both hosts and guests acknowledge that Consent Records may be referenced in any dispute, compliance review, or professional context. The weight given to such records in any legal proceeding is a matter for the relevant court or tribunal.
Host
The Host has an account which enables them to set up their available dates and times in various time zones. They can make their POV on various consent requirements enabled for the scheduling process through their Configuration options. The Dashboard provides analytics and the update on the status of the meetings scheduled is available on their meetings tab. All Hosts have a magic link for scheduling to provide to their guests which takes them direct post authenticating to initiate scheduling. Hosts also have an additional backup option of providing guests access to their personalised scheduling landing page with an additional step of access token input. The Host accounts also have a Guesting Tab to facilitate the scheduling of meetings as a Guest with another Host on the Platform and keeping a record of the same.
Guest
The guest has an access token provided by the Host which gives them access to the Host Scheduling page. The Guest picks the meeting type — ranging from a Quick Phone/WhatsApp Call to Quick Meets and Deep Dive video meetings (4 to 18 minutes). Selects the Date and Time provides name, email/ Mobile number, Meeting context.
The Platform typically maintains scheduling records for 2 years and thereafter retains only numerical analytics. However, the Host may wipe all meeting data at any time, in which case the Platform retains only numerical analytics and will retain shorter period data. For supporting scheduling guests on TheKhloe, there's an option for a paid Guest account on the Platform which enables Scheduling Guests to maintain a record of their scheduling and consent history as guests and purchase Digital Scheduling certificates. A paid guest account holder can upgrade to a host account later if they would like to have their own Host scheduling page.

The confidentiality acknowledgement given at scheduling constitutes a binding obligation on both guest and host and applies for a period of 1 year from the date of consent. This obligation:
Where a host has enabled NDA requirements, the NDA document link presented to the guest is an agreement between the host and the guest. Sparkeey Me Limited is not a party to that NDA. The Guest's POV — consent or declination — is captured in the meeting confirmation card sent to both parties. THEKHLOE may at a future date consider providing authenticated digital scheduling certificates of any meeting scheduled through the platform on request at an additional cost, for professional reference purposes or as memorabilia for scheduling celebrity meetings.
Where recording / AI notetaking consent is enabled, the guest's consent permits the host to record the meeting. If consent is withheld, the Host should respect the Guest's POV and not record the meeting, or cancel the scheduled meeting. The Guest may also leave the meeting if the established grounds of Trust have been broken.
The Host may delete all meeting data at any time, leaving the platform with only high-level anonymised analytics. Guests who schedule meetings with Hosts frequently and who wish to retain a record of meetings and consents may open a paid account for a limited retention period.
Either party may cancel a confirmed meeting. Guests may cancel via the link on their confirmation screen. Cancellations do not extinguish confidentiality obligations already created at the point of scheduling.
Sparkeey Me Limited accepts no liability for any loss arising from a meeting being cancelled by either party.
We aim to keep THEKHLOE available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Glitches may arise which could result in delivery disruption. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons without prior notice.
The product has been developed through a human partnership with AI. We will not be liable for any business or personal loss arising from unavailability of the platform, or any inaccuracies, inconsistencies, cybersecurity breaches, data theft, or bot attacks. The primary responsibility for taking safeguards lies with the Users and the equipment they use to access the platform.
At present there's a Soft Wipe button which allows tier 1 data wipe with / without analytics for guest and host accounts. The data continues to be maintained in the database of the platform for 2 years. However a Hard Wipe option is proposed to be offered shortly which at the option of the Host and Guest will wipe the data off the platform database all together leaving only aggregated analytical data behind for platform performance.
All intellectual property in the THEKHLOE platform — including its design, branding, scoring systems, and consent architecture — belongs to THEKHLOE. You may not copy, reproduce, or adapt any part of the platform without our written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, including meeting context notes and consents. By submitting such content, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the scheduling service.
All data exchanged through the scheduling process is bound by mutual confidentiality for a period of 12 months. The Platform maintains such data for 2 years, beyond which it retains only numerical analytics — unless the Host hard wipes the data earlier, in which case the Platform carries only numerical analytics from that point of Hard Wipe.
THEKHLOE is operated by Sparkeey Me Limited, a company registered in Ireland. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Irish data protection law.

Our legal basis for processing this data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is the performance of a contract — the scheduling service cannot function without it.
Data is retained for a period of up to 2 years from the date of scheduling, after which only anonymised numerical analytics are retained. Hosts have access to a data wipe function which, when used, results in the immediate reduction of retained data to anonymised analytics only. Note: the platform currently implements a partial hard wipe; a full hard wipe covering all associated records is in development and will be available in a future update.
Each meeting scheduled through the platform results in email confirmations sent to the guest and host with meeting details — these can and should be retained by users for data porting purposes. The Platform allows screen capture and this can be another mechanism for storing and porting your data. The Platform will not offer any additional means of data porting.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us via the Notify field available in the Configuration tab of your Platform Account as Host or Guest at hello@thekhloe.com. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at thekhloe.com/privacy for full details of how we handle your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, THEKHLOE shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall be limited to the value of your most recent 30-day paid subscription period if you are a paying subscriber at the time the claim arises. If you are using the platform during a free trial period or have not made any payment, our total liability shall be nil. No refund, compensation, or credit shall be due outside of this limit in any circumstances. You have the option of cancelling your subscription at any time and discontinuing use of the product.
In the event of any change in ownership or M&A activity which results in consolidation, subsidiarisation, or product mergers, the terms under this agreement — rights, obligations, limitations and indemnifications — will assign and transfer unhindered to the new owner and business and continue in full force.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The last modified date will be stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
